God knows my comments section is aware of how tight my jeans are. I attribute machines like the glute drive and booty builder to some of that success.
As much as I love a barbell hip thrust, there’s just way too much setup. And when I’m determining exercise selection, I look at how much foreplay is involved. The booty builder seen here lets me get down and dirty with just a couple simple adjustments.
The closer in my legs are, the more my knees are forced to bend, the more quad engagement I’ll get. The further away, the more hamstring engagement I’ll get. I use the booty builder at least once a week in my programming.
