@siggisdairy Greek yogurt has less milk fat and sugar than traditional yogurt. The plain yogurt is insane with 19g protein and only 100 calories. I personally love the vanilla yogurt, it brings back fond memories of my grandmother. I love the slightly tart taste. This one is about 15g protein and still 120 calories. If you’re looking for a simple, clean Greek yogurt this may be the option for you.
