Two major reasons why people screw up their rear delt training:
1️⃣ They squeeze their shoulder blades together when in fact they should be reaching to the entire range of motion. Think about keeping the wrists away from the shoulders the entire time you’re pulling. Squeezing your shoulder blades together is great for your lats and mid back muscles, not so much for your rear delts.
2️⃣ They don’t train their rear delts intensely enough. You should be going for broke when doing lateral raises or reverse flies. Your deltoids can train to nearly the brink of failure. You need to push yourself when doing these exercises.
