1️⃣ Squeeze your shoulder blades together to minimize shoulder movement

2️⃣ Keep slight bend in your knees, hinge hips back slightly to minimize momentum

3️⃣ Upper arms should stay completely stationary. Hinge only through the elbows. Straighten your arms and focus on extending your elbows fully at the bottom of the movement.

4️⃣ things to consider before starting Testosterone Replacement Therapy

1️⃣ Natural testosterone boost: Prioritize 7 hours of sleep and maintain 15-20% body fat for optimal testosterone. Include weight training and balanced nutrition to support testosterone production. Physiology is heartless – it doesn’t care about stress, your career, or the fact you have kids.

2️⃣ Herbs and supplements: Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, DHEA, and Vitamin D can aid in testosterone support. None of these supplements are a complete gamechanger, but they can help move the needle forward.

3️⃣ Clomiphene medication: Clomiphene, a tablet prescription, effectively raises testosterone in 2-4 months without injections or long-term use. It’s never gonna get your testosterone around the same levels as TRT but it is a less hardcore alternative that doesn’t require you to take medication for the rest of your life.

4️⃣ Mindset and commitment: Exhaust non-TRT options first and commit to regular, quarterly doctor visits. Integrate TRT into a lifelong commitment to health, including preventive testing and a healthy lifestyle. Discuss family planning and ensure proper medical supervision throughout the process. Also, make sure you’re on the same page with loved ones.

2️⃣ Hinge hips back slightly to minimize momentum

3️⃣ Focus on bending your arms. This may sound obvious, but many people rely on their shoulders to perform a curl. Instead, we need to focus on arm flexion. Concentrate on your elbows bending at the top of the curl and straightening your arms at the bottom of the exercise.
