Greek yogurt treat recipe

Greek Yogurt Snickers recipe to help hit your macros and satisfy your sweet tooth –

🍫Ingredients:
1️⃣ 1.5 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
2️⃣ 1 tbsp peanut butter
3️⃣ 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate jello

🥣Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix your Greek yogurt together with your peanut butter until the color is closer to peanut butter than Greek yogurt
2️⃣ Mix in your sugar-free chocolate jello

All in, you’re looking at a protein-bomb of 320 calories and 40g protein.

Peanut butter is not a protein source

Peanut butter is not a protein source, it’s a fat source 🥜 But it’s an amazing fat source at that. It’s loaded with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (MUFAs and PUFAs). These fats improve our health markers. So even though peanut butter is a modest source of protein, it’s still an amazing option in your diet.

I myself don’t keep peanut butter around the house because I find myself struggling to not eat tablespoon after tablespoon late at night.

Clio Greek Yogurt Bars

@ClioSnacks Greek Yogurt Bars.

At 140 calories and 9g of protein, they outperform even my cherished Yasso bars in terms of macros.

In gauging the appeal of a product, I rely on my girlfriend as the ultimate Litmus Test. Her preferences often reflect those of the general population. Conversely, as a certified Meathead, I’m open to consuming almost anything with favorable macros and a tolerable taste.

That being said, while she isn’t a huge fan of Yasso bars, Clio bars have won her heart.
