🍓 Berries: Perhaps the Best Fruit 🫐

Is there one fruit to rule them all? Probably not, but if there was it would definitely be berries. A cup of berries has approximately 13,000 antioxidants. It’s got about 5 grams of fiber which is bonkers for so little calories, and it’s chock full of vitamins. I love to get these frozen berries from Costco, I have at least two cups a day. You could have it by itself or with a smoothie. Every time I make a protein shake it’s going to come with berries. Tastes f***ing amazing and keeps me feeling full. Whey protein, nonfat Greek yogurt, or a corn/pea protein blend is amazing to help you hit your macros. Have a tasty smoothie and feel satiated afterwards.

MY SINGLE FAVORITE DELT EXERCISE

This is my single favorite delt exercise. People overemphasize pressing in their training. Guys especially already get a lot of front delt work from training chest so much. If you want to get that really beautiful, round look in your shoulders, you want to do a lot of lateral and reverse fly work.

In terms of lateral work this is my single favorite exercise, I’m almost ashamed I avoided it for so long. I’d seen it on Instagram and I just thought it was another stupid influencer exercise. I also hate exercises that are a lot of work to set up, but this sucker is worth the effort.

Christmas Isn’t a Day for Dieting

Dieting is about 340 days of the year, not 365. If I were to remove food from my life, it would be when no one is around. When I enjoy a cheat meal, it is either a unique experience or with loved ones.

I think the cardinal sin is eating your kids’ Fruit Roll Ups, not enjoying an amazing crème brûlée at dinner with your partner. It’s friday night and your family decides to order pizza, don’t be a jerk and tell everyone no. But you also don’t need to eat the entire goddamn pie by yourself.

Life is about enjoying special moments. So if you are celebrating this weekend, do it guilt free. And Monday morning get your a** back to the gym.

Her goal is to continually work to enhance the overall client experience, educate the clientele, monitor key performance indicators related to the coaching services, and foster a company culture of continuous learning among coaching staff.

When Elise is not helping the company with all things coaching she is either in the gym lifting weights or taking long walks through the grocery store finding new tasty and macro friendly nutrition products.
