Human Improvement Protein Powder

People constantly ask me about protein powders and seem to get really obsessive about it. I can understand why. It has this feeling that this is some lab-made thing where in reality it’s just whey protein isolated from dairy. I’m the first one to tell you that supplement companies are scam artists, but food-based supplements work. Just make sure you’re picking a reputable brand. Most modern protein has both great macros and taste.

@human.improvement was kind enough to send me this protein powder to try. They are an established brand with reputable people behind it. It’s 140 calories with 21g protein and 4g fiber, so the macros are stellar. It’s made up with psyllium husk which helps lower cholesterol and I found the taste to be very enjoyable.

Rosacea is a skin condition that causes redness on your face

Rosacea affects 5% of the population, a lot of them being men including myself. I found myself getting very flushed after working out and I just didn’t like the way it affected my appearance. Vanity is important and in the year 2023 there are so many options available that if this is something you’re embarrassed about or want to change about yourself, you can do it.

When I posted my video about doing PRP for hair loss, I was shocked at how many people said I was kidding myself and I couldn’t do anything about it. But here I am with a head of hair that looks like I’m back in my 20s. The same thing is true about rosacea. As long as I use the creams that are prescribed to me I rarely get flushed or red.
