@pescience is my weapon of choice ⚔️ for protein @ninjakitchen Creami and baking recipes. The taste is absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness- it’s not juvenile at all and i’ve never had a bad experience with any flavors.

The reason I like it so much for recipes is that its a blend of both whey and casein and I think that’s what gives smoothies such a great texture and thickness. The macros on it are absolutely stellar.

Time under tension doesn’t do 💩

People still talk about time under tension like it hasn’t been blown to pieces 💥 over the past decade. The study cited below compared doing repetitions that took 3 seconds to repetitions that took 6 seconds and found no significant differences between the two groups. They both built muscle. This was a controlled study and these results have been duplicated in other studies. Meaning time under tension doesn’t do 💩

Far more important than the tempo of your repetition is that the exercise is pain free, that you feel the intended muscle and you are able to get stronger on the exercise over time.

Cottage cheese is having a major comeback this year and I think it’s in large part due to the brand @good_culture. Packaging has a huge influence on the success of products, add that to it trending on TikTok because of its involvement with Ninja Creami recipes. It’s the perfect recipe for getting people to eat cottage cheese again.

I myself have loved low fat cottage cheese for years, whether simply cracking black pepper over it or adding some peaches or pineapples to it. I think it’s perfect as a breakfast option or an afternoon snack.
