Rear Delt Training Mistakes

Two major reasons why people screw up their rear delt training:

1️⃣ They squeeze their shoulder blades together when in fact they should be reaching to the entire range of motion. Think about keeping the wrists away from the shoulders the entire time you’re pulling. Squeezing your shoulder blades together is great for your lats and mid back muscles, not so much for your rear delts.

2️⃣ They don’t train their rear delts intensely enough. You should be going for broke when doing lateral raises or reverse flies. Your deltoids can train to nearly the brink of failure. You need to push yourself when doing these exercises.

“My son was born last June, and I distinctly remember looking at a picture of us at the Jersey shore on family vacation in August and I was not happy with how I looked or felt at the time. The ‘dad bod’ was in full force and I wasn’t ready to accept that. A friend of mine recommended Jake and the rest was history. Veggie chips are fake healthy. They’re no different than traditional potato chips

There is no difference between these Terra veggie chips and fried potato chips. A potato botanically is a vegetable, nutritionally it may be a starch, but both these and traditional potato chips have about 150 calories per serving with 10g fat.

You’ve probably purchased these veggie chips with the intention of your children snacking on them, but we all know you’re going to end up mindlessly snacking on them as well. Hard pass on this fake healthy food.
