Fulfil protein bar: Why you should look at the ingredient label

I constantly talk about macros. @fulfil_nutrition vitamin and protein bar tastes delicious, but it’s because the protein is coming from collagen. Collagen will help you skin, nails, and hair, but it won’t help you build muscle.

The reason companies use collagen is because it’s cheap and it’s amazing to cook/bake with, that’s why this bar tastes so delicious. Unfortunately it won’t help you with your gains in the gym.

The # 1️⃣ question I get asked is “What protein powder should I be taking?” There are thousands of protein powders that are perfectly fine to take. The purpose of this channel was to introduce you to many of them. I myself wanted something better than fine. I will give you 3 reasons why I use @humanimprovement

1️⃣ Macros. It’s low in calories, high in fiber.

2️⃣ It’s minimally processed. It’s okay to have processed foods from time to time, but you want to limit these foods as much as possible.

3️⃣ It tastes delicious and it’s nutritionally dense. Human Improvement did an amazing job at blending protein powder into this product.

Protein powder isn’t required to build muscle or get in great shape. However, in order to get in great shape and build muscle you need to have adequate protein. Many people struggle with this day to day so it makes sense why so many are obsessed with finding the right protein powder.
