Training at home can be difficult, especially when you have limited equipment. I’m going to show you how to take any pair of dumbbells and instantly make your chest presses more difficult.
1️⃣ Take the band in both of your palms and loop it around your back
2️⃣ Put the dumbbells in your hands with the band still around your palms
3️⃣ Proceed to press as normal
As the band lengthens, tension will increase. As the band shortens, your muscles will have to accommodate the resistance. This will make your press much more challenging. My app is now live if you’re looking for help training in any environment. Link in bio.
