Client spotlight: Antonio @antonio_did_ is a coaching client on @getverb who uses my app for his workouts. I’ve only had the pleasure of meeting him once in real life, during which time I took him through a brutal leg day session. Antonio has had a lot of success getting stronger and putting on muscle. I’m really excited about what the next 6 months are going to look like for him, including having to buy bigger jeans.
My app is going live in June to the general population. It has a video library of over 600 exercises that tells you exactly what to do and how to do it. All of the exercises are demonstrated by me with a voiceover detailing technique and what you need to focus on while training.
