Dieting is about 340 days of the year, not 365. If I were to remove food from my life, it would be when no one is around. When I enjoy a cheat meal, it is either a unique experience or with loved ones.
I think the cardinal sin is eating your kids’ Fruit Roll Ups, not enjoying an amazing crème brûlée at dinner with your partner. It’s friday night and your family decides to order pizza, don’t be a jerk and tell everyone no. But you also don’t need to eat the entire goddamn pie by yourself.
Life is about enjoying special moments. So if you are celebrating this weekend, do it guilt free. And Monday morning get your a** back to the gym.
