The protein cookie segment went through a renaissance in the year 2022. For a long time, protein cookies have been dry and horrible tasting. But enter @catalinacrunch sandwich cookies and @questnutrition frosted cookies. They both have excellent macros even though they don’t pass the test of 10g protein per 100 calories. They are both high in fiber, and they both taste delicious.
I think the Catalina Crunch has more of that Oreo cookie texture and the Quest have more of that Tollhouse cookie texture. So it’s just a matter of personal preference, they both have comparable macros.
