Three things to consider when doing incline cable flies:
1️⃣Keep a slight bend in the elbows. You should be feeling your chest, not your biceps. This isn’t a curl.
2️⃣Keep your arms long. The further your wrists are away from you the more tension you’ll have on your pecs.
3️⃣Squeeze through your elbows. I don’t think about my hands coming together, I think about my elbows squeezing together.
