Welcome to the Jacob Zemer Strength Society. We are excited for you to join our society of motivated individuals – of all ages – looking to get in the best shape of their lives. Training is my passion and I’ve spent close to twenty years testing and curating a method that is not only extremely effective but also sustainable. I am confident you will learn to love to train and see a noticeable shift in your physique and mindset.
I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people transform their bodies by safely increasing strength and improving mobility. My method and guiding principles are clear – lift through full range of motion, progress your weights and train intensely.
The programs are delivered through the Jacob Zemer app and comprised of four-week training blocks that progress week to week with new exercises updated monthly. My approach is consistent across all programs but exercises will vary depending on the equipment and space you have available. You will receive personal correspondence from me twice a day, Monday through Friday, and once on the weekend. Any questions you have will be answered within 24 hours. You will also receive automated messages to share your food logs and weigh-ins.
We communicate through text, and you will be communicating with myself and a full-time nutritionist. I will be the one dropping the hammer and holding you accountable. Any questions you have will be answered within 24 hours.
My programs focus on utilizing the same movements to get better at them over time and progress the weight you use. Once returns diminish, we switch out the exercises. My programs are functional while also focusing on hypertrophy. All workouts should be pain free.
All programs are custom built based on the intake form you complete when you sign up: your available equipment, unique goals, and limitations.

No, I will optimize your diet. I made decisions based on your existing diet and then give you a skeleton based on that information. There is flexibility but I will hold you accountable to tracking your intake.
No. You are able to drink on this program. You’re expected to reduce alcohol, but not eliminate it.
I recommend you workout 3 to 4 days a week. You can also workout more, but we want to make sure what you’re doing is sustainable.
Age does not matter. I will support you in getting any labs you need to better understand your health.
Absolutely. In 3 weeks you will see a noticeable difference, in 3 months you’ll look back and laugh, “how did I ever let myself get in that shape…”

Away from the digital buzz of social media, Tatum enjoys taking the stage, wielding her bass in her hardcore band, Volition, and indulges her passion for all things horror by frequently cozying up with scary movies.

Elise’s primary role as Director of Coaching is to ensure that the coaching business runs smoothly and is driven by science based principles concerning nutrition and exercise science. Her goal is to continually work to enhance the overall client experience, educate the clientele, monitor key performance indicators related to the coaching services, and foster a company culture of continuous learning among coaching staff.
When Elise is not helping the company with all things coaching she is either in the gym lifting weights or taking long walks through the grocery store finding new tasty and macro friendly nutrition products.

Michelle holds a crucial position in supervising the daily operations, aiming for operational efficiency, fostering growth, and contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. Beyond providing structure, Michelle is actively involved in coaching and managing social media activities.
